Work starts on the final phase between “Place Île de Beauté” at the top of the port and down “Quai des Deux Emmanuel” on the Mont Boron side. The existing inner lane will be turned into wide terraced areas for the bars and restaurants. Expect road works until April 2011.

The finished redevelopment will have more open spaces, wide terraces, a new underground parking, and completes the final phase of turning the port into a luxury arena. This links up with the project to build an underground metro from the Port to the airport.
